Please take a moment to familiarise yourself with our Park Guidelines before your visit; this helps to create a safer and more enjoyable experience for everyone. By purchasing tickets you agree to follow these.

• Always wash your hands with soap and water after being in animal contact zones, e.g. the paddocks and indoor animal barn. Hand sanitiser is not effective against zoonotic diseases.
• You can enjoy a picnic at one of our undercover outdoor areas. However the play barn is only for food purchased from our cafe. We cater to most allergy and sensory issues, but please ask a staff member for help.
• We design our play areas for children; adults play at their own risk. Please take a moment to read the "Rules of Play".
• You must wear socks on the indoor play; they can be purchased from reception if required.
• If you are pregnant or going home to someone pregnant, please take note of the  safety information regarding lambing and kidding.
• To protect our animals, we are a no smoking or vaping site.
• Please note we are a cashless site.
